Title: Thai Chilies
Post by: Kumbaya on March 02, 2014, 06:53:20 PM
What do you know about these?  A bought a bag today with probably 50-75 little red, orange and yellow chilies.  She knows nothing about them, but she thought they looked great and just bought them.  She's been googling to look for recipes, but if you know of anything good or have used these in the past, pass it along!

This is what they look like...

I use these all the time. Any other chilies are just not hot enough. Curries, stir fries, pretty much everything I cook.
