I tried this muffin recipe on Sunday. Yummy. I did increase the amount of orange zest.

I love cranberries, however, I made this tart last xmas and it was AWFUL. So this is a cautionary tale

i make cranberry chutney around the holidays - thanksgiving is coming, and i love a good chutney.
and granola/muffins/bread/cookies.

I am not sure they would last too long as they are still mostly raw cranberries. They are easy to eat right away though :D

I am thinking of making just jars of the curd :drooling-5:

Wow, that's really pretty too, esp. with the lemon peel. They aren't too tart?
