Being from the northeast (and Canada no less) I just had my first ever fish taco over the summer. I loved it and might be a little obsessed now. Anyone with a tried and true (and preferably healthy, i.e. not deep fried) fish taco they can recommend?

Mel's Kitchen Cafe has never steered me wrong. I've never made her fish taco (http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2012/08/skillet-cilantro-and-lime-fish-tacos.html) recipe, but I have made this honey lime tilapia (http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2013/03/honey-lime-tilapia.html) that would make great fish tacos. Wrap it in corn tortillas, add some shredded cabbage, salsa, and a squeeze of lime, and you're good to go.

I make a grilled shrimp taco that is not too shabby. And I use cabbage instead of lettuce so it's slightly more nutritious.

last night we grilled halibut for fish tacos; guacamole, shredded cabbage & carrot, fresh salsa (tomato, hot yellow pepper, red onion, cucumber, lime, salt, cumin, cilantro) in corn tortillas
I've also done sauteed shrimp: peanut sauce, quick-pickled red onion (i.e. red onion sliced then marinated in lemon or lime juice at room temp for a few hours), cabbage, corn tortilla
