Fat-free fruit flavored greek yogurt.  I like Chobani.

almonds (preferably with skin off) and thickly sliced cucumbers
green peppers sprinkled with salt
banana or celery with a little bit of peanut butter

Apple slices with almond butter.
Carrots & cucumber sticks and pretzel thins with roasted red pepper hummus.
Small portion of pistachios.
Wedge of Laughing Cow garlic & herb with a small amount of reduced fat wheat thins and/or carrots & cucumber sticks.

Turkey and havarti cheese sand which on whole wheat bread or toast with lettuce, tomato, and a but of mayo or mustard or cock sauce to taste.

Or baked kale sprinkled with salt & garlic powder.
Also those Mexican carrots, onions & jalapenos.

hey, now... dark chocolate is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, antioxidants, theobromine...

we snack on roasted chickpeas all the time.  I like to coat with Spanish paprika and/or cumin and olive oil, roast at 400, then sprinkle on some salt.

1/3C dried unsweetened coconut
1/3C frozen raspberries
1/4t vanilla
Almond milk to barely cover the above.

Microwave 1 minute.  Stir.  Eat.
