Title: Snow Peas
Post by: Ice Cream on April 06, 2013, 10:54:24 AM
I went to the Asian store and bought two pounds. Now what do I do with them?  I usually use them as part of a stir fry.  I would like to use them in one dish, as the main ingredient.  Any inspiration beyond the usual stir-fry that comes to mind?

This salad is ridiculously simple, but very tasty:

that sounds good

snow peas are my favorite healthy snacking food.  I'd probably eat most of them before I found a suitable recipe.

I like them raw, though if I had a choice, I'd snack on sugar snaps.

I've seen some good looking recipes for stuffed snow peas.  Sounds fiddly, but I bet it's good.
