man, was it good.  and even better as left-overs.

note: i used whole milk yogurt in place of sour cream, as that is what i had in the fridge.

Oh, that looks good!  Chicken thighs are the best.

The most recent thing I made was a tortellini soup.  Easy peasy.   Saute onion, carrot, celery, garlic.  Add chicken broth and water in about a 2:1 ratio.  Bring to a boil and add tortellini (I used cheese tortellini from the refrigerated section) and cook till done.  Stir in baby spinach, s&p, and grate some parm on top.

Do you think I could use regular paprika? Or must it be the special hot hungarian?

Adorable? Me? Sure...if you think a middle-aged Sharpei (saggy, wrinkly, fluffy) is adorable.
