We’re having a brief early spring, so today it was running in short and a long sleeve shirt. No hat! No gloves! And 🌞
2.75 miles for me today. Ever so slowly getting near 3 miles, 3 days a week. Once I get there, I’ll probably add a day, but we’ll see.

Similar weather here about an hour north of you RT. I went with just shorts. It's funny, when the weather hits 50°F or under I'm freezing and wear tights, long sleeves, gloves, a hat, and maybe even a jacket but as soon as 60° hits I'm dying and need to run in as little as possible.
I got on 7 miles and some strides. I need to start taking in more calories, I'm feeling a little sluggish and don't weigh what I think is healthy.

4.5k trail run, alternating zones 2 and 1. Felt good other than tweaking my ankle at the start of the first zone 2 after warmup hike. Luckily it was “nothing” and didn’t affect the run.
24*C (78F) and SUPER humid after recent rains. Drenched in sweat.
Long run tomorrow if the weather holds off as predicted/hoped.
