15 too quick miles. The weather was awesome. I started in a really light weight merino long sleeve and by mile 4 it was probably 60°F and I had to pop the top.
That was my longest run ever, my knee hurts a bit.

9.5 miles along the river bluffs, which is a popular route around here. Feeling like the first of spring because it was in the 40s and the first day that there is no snow on the ground, other than a few piles here and there.

8k group run, we ran the road because trails were too muddy. Zone 2 all the way (except one little sprint).
9*C (47F) thick long sleeve tech top, eventually rolled up the sleeves.
