Had my first immunotherapy infusion yesterday and so kept it to an easy 3 mile run today. Weather was about 50° and sunny. Felt a lot colder though for some reason.

The weather was downright warm here. Starting at 49°F and ending 55°F all sun and no wind.

I got a personal best in the 10K in 35:24 on a really hilly course. Got first overall and a baker's dozen cookies for it.
