I woke up feeling worse than I went to bed but a few cups of coffee left me at like 80% so since the local tracks are finally melted off and we could get another foot of snow tomorrow I went for the interval workout.
2 mile warm up, 10x600 with 400 jog between, 2 mile cool down. I wasn't sure I would get the whole thing in but I hit all my goal times and still feel at that 80%. 10.15 miles total.
