Got a half inch of snow overnight, and increasing temps above freezing this morning, which made for a really greasy, slippery 7K run commute to work. Added anywhere from 30-60 seconds per kilometer to my run.
Run commute home was totally different, as the snow and ice all melted off the sidewalks and roads for a much easier 7K run home.

Pretty nice night, 32°F felt like 27°F.
2 mile warm up, 6 x 1 mile alternating between 6:25 and 5:55 pace, 2 mile cool down for 10 miles total.
I started the warm up not sure if I'd even begin the repeats because I was beat from my propane running out yesterday and last night being a cold night up constantly feeding the fire place. I'm going to sleep hard tonight.
