It was 51° today for my 3 mile zone 2 run between showers.

It's Sunday!

9 miles outside. It was 16°F and windy. My face was very cold the first few miles but once that went feeling went away it was a nice run.

I did a 32 km xc ski race, averaging 3:45/km (6:00 mile). Hard work. We got new snow overnight so the fast tracks were slowed by the fresh snow. It was fun but hard. 3rd in age class.
