Run commute day. 7K in morning and 7K back home in the evening. Some cautious walking a few time on icy park paths and curb snowbank hopping.

Winter double.

AM 6.3 miles in indoor soccer facility, astroturf surface. Did a fartlek with 8 min tempo, 6:40, 5X 1:10 at 6:25 with 1 min recovery, 4 min tempo at 6:40, 2X 2:15 at 6:20 pace.
PM 15 km xc ski (skate) over hilly course at a local park.
