3 rainy, hilly miles. Temperature was 43° so not too cold.

Two steps up, one step back this week. Despite high winds (wind chill about 1) and ice/snow yesterday I felt fine. Today was much nicer (20-24 sunny and barely a breeze) but I felt cold and terrible. Instead of doing 10 I called it at 5 miles, and a very slow sorry 5 miles at that!

Tough windchill, but 14K worth of run commuting.

10 miles around 11 AM. It was sunny but chilly at 35°F and windy. I took it relatively easy but 10 miles out here is bound to be hilly and this route was no different..
On mile ten my legs felt noticeably stronger than a few months ago when I did that route.
