3 miles warm up, 8x150 meters hard with a full recovery between, and 3 mile cool down.
Trying to get my legs ready for one more fast 5K to end the season.

Did morning 7K commute. Back was a little sore from yesterday's slip and fall, and right shin was a little tight. So it was slower than usual, along with lots of ice patches on the secondary roads. Hip spasm on me just once jumping a snow bank.
Skipped running all the way home, just 2K easy from the subway station.
