11 miles on windy snow covered roads. We got a surprise 4 inches of snow over night and it was about 20°F and windy. Last week I did my long run on the treadmill and it was agony so I took the chance for a nice run in the daylight and it was pretty nice.

10.9 miles along the Mississippi Riverway path, scenic bluff. 1 F and was good for about an hour and then a series of unfortunate events occurred and my hands got quite cold and by the end of the run I was just plain cold. Stopped and got a hot tea at a service station on my way home to keep warm while driving.

Took yesterday off. 8.8K in cold, cold, cold weather. Brought out the battery powered gloves. Hip behaved as long as I didn't push it. Occasional soreness.
