4 miles. A tad bit of light rain for the first mile or so, but then the rain stopped. Temp was 53° so still in shorts here.

Ten mile progression run. I didn't feel great to start but around mile 4 I started feeling it. Started with a 7:10 mile and finished with a 5:24. Super tired tonight lol
