Chilly and rainy when I woke up but around noon, the rain stopped so I headed out for 3 miles of hill repeats. Temp was a nice 57°F perfect to keep the sweat down.

I thought about going without a shirt but made the wise decision to wear one. It was probably only 50°F but I wished I'd worn gloves, my fingers were a little numb.
Got in a good 8.5 mile run, hitting some of the bigger hills on the way. Tomorrow will be some much needed rest.

20 miles on the rail trail on a perfect morning for running. Ran easy for about 9 miles and then moderate for 9 before easing up for the last 2. Legs tired before, during, and after.
