Perfect day for a long run. Mid 60°F, sunny and light winds. Lots of other runners out doing their October marathon prep long runs. 34K

5 mile progression run. Beautiful weather but I felt a bit blah, probably my Ocrevus infusion yesterday, but really grateful to be out there.

16km hike in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Cool at start (5*C) but warmed up to 19*C by finish. Got just a little rain but overall a gorgeous day to catch the fall color.
About 20% of this was power hike… the rest was just a chill day.
