2 miles warm up, 4 long hill sprints with a walk back to the bottom between, 2 miles warm down for a total of 5 miles. I really wasn't feeling the workout as I headed out but I managed to get in a quality session.

10K evening run. Needing to turn on the blinky lights right out of the door.
