Dozen Ks with one big climb.

I did the same HIIT workout that I did last week. 1 mile warm up, 2 mile of HIIT, and a mile cool down. I did it a bit faster and it was a little warmer, about 78°F and sunny.
I have another 5K race on Saturday and have sights set on one of the top local guys. I think I'm going to let him set the pace and see what happens.
