14.1 miles in Waterton Canyon. No exploding backpacks or car accidents at my feet this time. Perfect morning for a run.

What a difference a couple of days make. From over 100°F to perfect 67°F today. 12K

4.2 mile tempo run in the pouring rain. At least it wasn't a hundred degrees!
