Title: Sunday June 8 Riot Day #3

It's going to be a long summer.

7.5 miles at 9400' elevation, just a quick day trip to Winter Park. Got chased by 3 dogs (campers), one of them twice.

58 for the week. US Nationals 4-mile road race (open and masters are next weekend and I'm running)

4.3 miles. Very nice day for a run and tried out my new shoes which I liked.
