Cool, cloudy and breezy. 28.3K and just over 100K for the week. Glad for rest day tomorrow.

4.2 miles, it was about 65 fahrenheit. Nice quick run. Felt great cause I've been stuck on the treadmill cause I needed to stay close to the phone for work.
