Title: New Men's Half Marathon Record. First under 57 minutes.

I feel we need to acknowledge this on the Running Forum.


Jacob Kiplimo of Uganda , 24, finished in 56:42 at the 2025 Barcelona Half Marathon — shattering the previous half marathon record of 57:30 set by Ethiopia's Yomif Kejelcha last year in Valencia.
