Chemo last Friday.  3 mile run today. Heart rate still elevated from what had been my typical on this route, but less so and time improved over last week’s.

Got my January half marathon distance run in. A little sloppy due to a dusting of snow, and a bit of windchill as well, but 21.3K done.
