Just one marathon this year. But some really good 5K/10K times with some AG podium finishes.

Ran a 5k in 19:13. I was shooting for sub 9 but it's still a minute faster than the last time I ran that course a month ago.

I don't have my year totals but it wouldn't be all that impressive. I started running again in October and I only hit 20 miles a week last week. I'll have better totals next year and hopefully some better times to report!
