AM 7.7 miles with a tune up workout to get ready for Saturday's half marathon. 20 min warm up, 600, 3X800, 200 then 5X hill reps followed by a brisk cool down.
PM 3.5 at a foothills park, half single track, half dirt road, dealing with altitude 7800' and about 100 feet of elevation per mile.
