Lunch time run of 16K. Nice partly cloudy weather. Showers came just after I finished.

Sprint workout today! My first wanted a while, but all the body parts held up. I have a head cold, so it wasn’t my best work out, but it’s always good to get out there.

1 x 200m @ 75%
1 x 100m @ 75%
1 x 200m @ 70%
1 x 300m @ 70%

Mid 60°s with sun breaks made for pleasant weather for my 5 miles today but my legs were kinda out of it.
