12.3 on tired legs (64 miles this week), with 3rd mile and miles 9-12 tempo effort (6:30s). Going to taper down some, and get ready for WMA champs.

Easy recovery 7.4K. Worked a race yesterday where I did a lot of heavy lifting due to being understaff. Body did not like me the for rest of Saturday and this morning. :old:
