Already the last day of July.  :o


It was a hot, humid one today. Led Run Club out for 6.25K. And the usual 14K worth of bike commuting.

I did 13, two new fires cropping up overnight so smoke is filling in. 251 miles for July.
I'm going to run indoors today then we're traveling for a few day. Heat/dry spell goes for another 5 days or so. Maybe it'll be better after that.
