Ran the opening leg of the 4X 800 for our club team at US masters nationals. 2:33 and we won our division. Had an asthma attack from running hard in that heat (102 degrees) and had to spend a half hour at the med tent to get some albuterol and oxygen. Was fine after the meds kicked in.
