Early morning 11.3K before the heat dome reaches my neck of the woods this afternoon.

I think I'm doing a double threshold today, but playing it by ear. Off synch this week because of travel so workout out today instead of tomorrow.
AM - 10 minute warm up and 5X 6 min repeats going from 7:04 to 6:40 pace. First two were very sluggish. 6.5 miles total.
PM - 12 minute warm up, 4X 2 min hill reps (at 7900' because it was so hot at 5500') with 2 minute recovery. 4 miles
