After work 8.5K in nasty nor'wester winds making it feel like -6°F. :snowball:

Power testing this week has been a disaster.
A bit of a let down, because last month I’d had a series of all-time PR power tests at three different durations.
One last go of it on the road, in the dark. The cold and wind were back. Low 30s F.
EDIT— no, it wasn’t in the 30’s, it was 12F! No wonder I didn’t want to run a power interval!
Got warmed up and preliminary pace was fine. Just couldn’t go “hard”, again.
4km on asphalt and concrete road/paths.
