6.9 miles, also humid, following a week of hot temps it was cool and cloudy this morning. Topped off the run with a short dip in the lake.
Running a half marathon tomorrow on urban trails/gravel paths, with some 2"-3" of rain possible overnight. Could be soupy, not wearing super shoes which are notoriously slick when it gets wet.
