...making your signature with your finger (e.g., in the context of signing after using a card at a checkout station that requires it)?

I don't. I just wiggle my finger across the screen.

It's funny... I had to sign for a delivery today and I always try to make it be my real signature, or a semblance of.  The guy snatched the phone before I got my first initial done :D  He's clearly used to people just swiping a line.
