6 miles in a warm, steady rain, 65°. I always run faster in the rain (2018 Boston marathon excepted). What about you?

10k predawn start,
Ran 2 loops of a 5k neighborhood road/concrete path course.
It was fun seeing like 2 people in the dark on lap one, then nearly a dozen once the sky started to brighten. Finished before sunrise.

Included my 20 minute power test, not quite PR level but maybe coming in to form for a couple halfs I’ve got planned in the next month.
