I ran almost 5 1/2 miles today. Partly cloudy and warm, 65°.

6km, “easy” pace but it was more of a run than a jog. Felt good. P.s. it was super hot, but luckily not too humid.

43*C, 20%RH. Almost had the trail to myself for some reason!!! Were a few MTB riders out too, and maybe 2 others on foot.

Got my butt out after coming home from work for 9.6K.
