Things cooled down with a little rain last night. It was a nice 63° at noon, so I headed out for 5 mildly hilly miles.

Planned on 10 but there was a meeting in the way so got in 7.2 before that and then at lunch did 4 on the treadmill. It was a hot one, 80 at 7 AM and at noon even at 7500' it was something like 86.
