Ran with the back of the pack for a club run today. 5K

Did a brick workout of sorts, testing out my knees. Easy 54 minutes on the treadmill, went pretty well after 8-10 minutes, and then hopped on to an elliptical and did 46 minutes at easy-moderate effort for a nice round 100 minutes.
