Just another work day in the Great White North.


14K of bike commuting and a humid 7K evening run after getting home.

Add another to a semi-tradition of doing a race on the 4th of July. Race 5K, splits were 6:08, 6:19, 6:21. 1st in age class 37th OA. By 1K I could tell my legs weren't feeling great and by 2.5 or 3K breathing was bad. Been logging a lot miles so maybe it's catching up. That, or maybe it's simply age catching up.
