Ran an unknown distance for about 50 minutes. I jogged down to the country store to pick up a can of cat food. Then I jogged to the library to drop off a book. Then I jogged home.

Global Running Day. Easy 5K due to air quality concerns. Bit of a scratchy throat and mild headache after run.
