3.3 miles, delightfully raw. 50° with drizzle, but now I have to go to Florida. :vomit:  But it’s my stepmom’s 98th birthday. Can’t miss that.

Ran a 5K race this morning. Glad the temps came down from the 80°Fs yesterday into the low 70°Fs this morning.

Small town just 45 minutes north of Toronto. 20th running or the race. Bit olde rolling hills.

Chip time 24:06 / Gun 24:10 / Overall 46 of 282 / Male 41 of 132 / M60-69 1 of 6

Won $20 and a medal for being first in my AG. First time I ever won money in a race.
