Ran a 5K race today. My time was over a minute faster than I ran into the same race last year, so I’m happy with the effort.

3 miles. Temp here dropped from around 90° on Friday to a high of 60° today. Much prefer today’s temps for running.

Congrats on besting last years time Arrojo.

60+ sec improvement on a 5K is huge. Congrats.

My lazy ass took the day off, other than my 14K bike commute.
