Jog 1 mile warmup
2 x 400m
4 x 800m
2 x 400m
all with 200m rest
1/2 mile cooldown

Rain was kind enough to stop just before my group run. 4 miles.

Wednesday May 3*
4.5 mile trail run with 4 minute intervals.
Getting very comfortable with traversing my trail at race pace.
