Gave up on the Hawaii heat and bought a gym membership for two weeks. 3 indoor miles today.

Run club day with a half dozen participants. 5.5K

15km long run along the beach. Set up as a progression run. Last 5k in the sand. I should be “back on track” for my half next month.
