2 miles. Breathing was fine after 1 mile. But I was aware of my Achilles the whole time. Not sure if it’s just scar tissue or if it’s still the actual injury. :-\   Icing it now.

Record 50F degrees out there when it suppose to be around freezing. Shorts and 6K run checking our our Resolution Run routes for tomorrow evenings.
