2 miles without stopping. That was easy; my breathing and Achilles held up. I’ll do this one more time before I bump it up to 3 miles for the duration of ski season.

First real workout for the 2023 campaign. AM tempo reps at 6000 feet, 4X 5 minute tempo reps at a local HS track overlooking Denver.
