Won my age group, and an apple pie, at a 5.5 mile trail race.

8.8 today with 3 mile tempo on the to be USATF masters 5K xc course next month in Boulder. It is going to be a sufferfest for all, but those coming in from sea level are going to suffer even more.

Thought of going 16K, but my still healing right achilles started to protest at 6K, so shuffled back home for a total of 12K.
