3 nice cooler miles even after sleeping in and not getting started until almost noon.

Ran the 50m and the 100m at tonight’s all comers track meet. Got second in the 50 and third in the 100. I was the oldest one there by over 20 years. My age graded time for the 100 was 12.21.

Hot & humid, but overcast skies and waterfront run route keep things tolerable for 8K.
